Wrong process to update from 1.7.2 to 1.8.0 ?

I'm trying to upgrade to 1.8.0.

I use Wamp on my own laptop :
- Apache 2.2.21
- Php 5.3.8
- Mysql 5.5.16

I have made a backup of my database first.
I have unzipped the 1.8.0 file into my www directory.
I start the new application and set the values of my actual database into parameters form.

After the 'ok' message, I log with 'admin'/'admin' user, and an error message become.
