Hello everyone,

My question is how to make the change of status to an activity that has been closed.

My problem occurs on an activity having as status "Save", it was placed in "Done", now it is no longer possible to return to "Save".
How to solve the problem?

The planning date for this activity has also changed as a result of this change.
The scheduled start date and the planned end date are the same day when it was not the case just before.
This creates a malfunction on the schedule.

Hello,

When you do not have an authorization to change one status to another one it is a Workflow problem. Perhaps you have to use an intermediate status.
Check your workflow screen.
