I do have a problem during the installation.
After filling up into the form I do constantly receiving the message:

"Upgrade in currently running"

The DB log file tells me, that Projeqtor is trying to access not
existing database _projeqtor_

Obviously I have entered a different name for my database.
And it seems the database name is hardcoded into the system.

OK. The next time I set DB name as "projeqtor"
Still I keep receiving the DB error messages like following:

ERROR: relation "parameter" does not exist at character 15

I suggest, that before system proceed with execution it should
start checking, whether everything is fine and whether the database exist
in case it should be done manually before starting Projeqtor.

Any way I tried everything I could imagine before hacking into the code.
Just asking for help here, otherwise would need to look deeper.

P.S. I found Demo quite attractive, but it's quite hard to make it work

I do use PHP7.2 & PG 10, both are working quite well together.
