[SOLVED] Image Properties not able to change width and height since latest update

Image Properties not able to change width and height since latest update was created by iconic
Since upgrading the software to v8.4.2 when I insert an image into notes or even in description, if I click on Image Properties I am no longer able to change the width or height measurements or make any changes to the fields in image properties.

I use to be able to do this before.
