[SOLVED] Not allowing me to upload file size larger than 2MB

Not allowing me to upload file size larger than 2MB was created by iconic
I change the global parameters for the max allowed size to 10M as the help manual shows but I receive an error telling me that cannot upload more than 2MB due to upload_max_filesize

I check my php.ini file and it shows 128 MB.

Is this a know fault?

No need to reply. Please ignore. When I changed the php version with the latest update I did not update the php version to the right size.
