I am using ProjeQtOr for some weeks now and I am planning to migrate my customer service on this platform shortly. To meet this goal, I have purchased 2 plugins : Screen Customization and Template Report.
Sadly, I am currently facing a performance issue on the ticket creation process which is taking on average more than 8 seconds for each new ticket.
This response time is way too long and not acceptable, from my point of view, in terms of customer experience.
Could you come back to me and tell me how to optimize this ticket creation ?

Performance issues require analysis of your platform.
This cannot be done here (and it's not the subject of the forum)
But I confirm, 8s to create a ticket is not normal.

Effectively, the demo platform is much quicker than my current platform !
I will try to re-install my ProjeQtOr instance on 2 separate servers : one for the app and one for the db. What do you advise between MySQL and PostgreSQL ?
If I am still facing performance issues, how shall I proceed to ask for an audit of my platform ?
I'm not sure separating servers will improve performance.
This kind of architecture can be a response to high sollicitation, not to bad single user performance.
