Document: issue on the list when there's a comment was created by evinatie
Hello,
When I write a comment on a document,in the list, the document's name dispeart and we can't see only the comment.
I think it will be better to have another column to put the comment.

On attached files, you cannot enter a comment, you enter a description.
 
When you add a descrition, it replaces the file name. But file name keeps beeing visible in the "comment" icon
