[v11.0.1] Issue with quote in field "version" of Document.

Hello all,
Initialy, i wanted to create new custom version of a document with caractère 0 but ProjeQtOr don't acccept this caractère so i decide to add quote as first caractère like this : '0
ProjeQtOr accepte this string but all fields becomes not editable. I had to solve this problem by modifying directly bdd MySQL.

I think there is a issue and i think caractère 0 is  not a Null or Empty String and ProjeQtOr should accept this one.

I hope this problem is specifique to that field in particulary and not others fileds.
