The download of newest version 11.2.0 is without result - could you please have a look?

I don't understand "The download of newest version 11.2.0 is without result". Can you download the .zip file? Is it empty?

When I click the link, the information "Your download will start shortly ..." is displayed and afterwards nothing happens.

Even the direct link seems brolen
downloads.sourceforge.net/project/projec...projeqtorV11.2.0.zip [...]

Which browser are you using? On Chrone and Firefox, it works. If the download doesn't start, try to refresh.
