New project: comboBox "Project" isn't refreshed

Yes,
You must disconnect-reconnect to refresh the project List.

It could be an improvement to automatically refresh this list.
But there are some important difficulties :
- firts technical : this list is only loaded at start-up => no real issue to have a workaround
- then trigger update : there are several triggers that may lead to project list refresh : new project, project update (change name), change access rights, add affectation (depending on access rights, and can be done on affectation, project, resource or contact screens)
- most important : can only be done for the current user, the one who creates the change, but the list should be changed also for other resources, working on other subjects... but then, what is the trigger ...

So, face to the complexity, generic behavior is kept : you must disconnect-reconnect to refresh the project List.
...until better solution is imagined.
