In deleted items report there are no item Id, type, and name in element column. It only list links and notes that been removed but not from where. It looking like useless until more information available. I would also like to have an option for admin to restore as well.

Issue registered as Ticket #947

I would also like to have an option for admin to restore as well.

This is not possible. History is not an archiveLog, and cannot retrieve all information about deleted items.
