When browsing a task in Activities, if there are more then one Assignments - it is possible to remove an assignment. And the confirmation message appears that the assignment was removed (showing ID).
Then go to Real Work Allocation and choose the resource for whom this assignment was removed. The task IS STILL THERE!
Now go back to Activities and select that task. The Assignment for that user IS BACK WITH THE NEW ID.
You can remove it again and it will be removed. Until you go to Real Work Allocation again and it will be recreated with new ID.

This behavior is the expected one... for "Administrative" Projects.

For these projects, assignment is automatically generated when opening "Real work allocation".

Got it, thanks! I changed the project type and it doesn't happen anymore.

And as I reread the project type description in the manual again - it makes more sense now.

However, do you think adding something like "Assignments will be automatically created for users to enter real work" to that paragraph in the manual will make it a little bit more clear for someone reading it next time?
