Multiple update results in "nothing to modify" message

Hi Babynus,
I recently added "delivered" to the states that I use in my workflow for tickets.
I just noticed that if I try to change the status of tickets using the "multiple update", going from done to delivered results in a message "nothing to modify" and the status is not changed. If I do the same on one single ticket in the regular interface, it works fine.
I've only seen this with done -> delivered transition.

If you don't have the issue at your side I'll assume I have something strange in workflow configuration...

Thanks!

I cannot reproduce.

I often do this change : in the track database, when a new version is ready, I take all the done tickets and move them to delivered, and there is no issue.

Hi Caccia,

I had this issue after inventing a new status as well. My mistake was, I didn't assign properly the new status in workflow and in my Tickettyp (which is related to workflow status).

May be this helps.

Klaus
