[SOLVED] time out with last version V5.2.2

Dear Babynus

We updated our projector version to V5.2.2 yesterday morning. Now we have a big problem of Time out when we try to update notes in a ticket.

Do you know if this problem is also met by other users who working with this version V5.2.2 ?

However, i can send you log files but, currently there are not verbose ?

No issue pointed out on V5.2.2 about notes.
I use it every I don't have any problem.
Update of notes on Tickets (and on any other item) works fine.

Yes, please post log file.

What you may face is Mail sending issue.
As email can be sent on Note change, if you have issue with mail you may fall in timeout.

in parameters.php, set debulgLevel=4

In same time, i'm going to check our mail server.

You can have an easy test in projeqtor : set smtp host to blank value in screen global parameters. This will disable email sending.

Concerning our problem, I followed your recommandation and I modified paramater.php file
I think our problem was linked to our mail server.
