Hello,

I have installed version 6.1.2 since version 3. I have progressively installed each major version.

I have a problem on function duplicate ticket , same problem on another object (project ,activities)



When we try to copy a ticket , we have an error invalid control status is mandatory

Could you help me to solve this issue ?

You may have several or no item with flag "isCopyStatus".
You must have one and one only with this flag.
This must be canged in database : no way to do this through the application.

I have check but i can't find this field in database (ticket or activity)

Could you tell me , where i can found this flag "isCopyStatus" in database ?

I'm sorry babynus , i was wrong

I have updated the flag on status table but the problem is not solved

could you give me an another way to solve it?
