PHPMail error : Extension missing: openssl

Hi,
I have this error in journal log
Is there a known solution to this issue?

My parameters are :
smtp server : smtp.gmail.com
smtp port : 25
smtp login name : This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
smtp login password : •••••••••••
end of line format for mail : default format (\r\n)
sendmail path :
Mailer Type : Library PHPMailer (recommended)

openSSL is an extension of PHP .

If you use wamp , go in PHP --> extensions PHP ---> and check if php_openssl if activated. ( see screenshot )
