problem of slowness

I'm to try to create new empty data base... and restore the data base with backup

I did a new Projeqtor directory name ProjeqtorTest from version 6.4.1,

I'd copy on PhpMyadmin the database and rename,

when I log to the new ProjeqtorTest, I'd the First page configuration, to link the database, password etc...

I'd the connection page, I'm connect, and I have no error message but white page ?????

On console, I have message:
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)

So i search little bit more and i have found my mistake. Now i have create a new empty database. Now i will try to dowload on the empty new database my backup of actual database, i hope that it will work and it will go faster. Sorry for my poor english.

so, I did a new folder Projeqtor Test in WWW folder with 6.4.1 version, when I connect on first page, I create a new database name ProjeQtorTest, I can connect it. The new database is ready and empty.
After that, I'm connect to the phpMyadmin, and import the backup of my actually data base.
Now when I'm connect to the projeqtorTest, I've the screen login, I use my login, it's works, but I've a totally white page!

if I go to the console of the browser, I have this (show in attached files)

what's wrong ?
