Hi,
I am facing issue on email triggering functionality. Actually we are using own email server configuration like (mail.mydomain.com). its basically outlook domain. When i using this SMTP configuration to trigger email functionality it showing " Email sent to 'mymail.com' ", But i'm not getting mail into my inbox.
When i am using Gmail (smtp.gmail.com) with my credential its working perfectly. What's the wrong in my configuration for outlook email server. ????
PHP Version 5.6.28
ProjeQtOr Version 6.5.4

Kindly check my screenshots of the mailing configuration page. And there is no error in console as well as log file.!!

And one more thing the parameter.php file not updating properly when i updating global parameter values in the system.

Hopefully waiting for suggestions asap:(

1) Try and connect to mailbox of sender : you'll probably have information of rejection (possibly email is filtered as spam)

2) Global Parameters screen do not change parameters.php file. These parameters are stored in DB.
But pay attention, as parameters stored in parameters.php will overwrite values in db.

1) Try and connect to mailbox of sender : -> I can't get your point. Please can u explain it ?

The first time its working fine. But when i updating the configurations parameter its not updating in parameter.php file.

When i trying with new installation of V6.5.4 and configured everything at time of setup page. Even though i can't trigger mail..!

Please see the error here..

Kindly suggest me best solution for this issues to resolve..!!

When i trying with new installation of V6.5.4

Arghhh, this is very very old version.
(well not so old, but not the latest stable ;:) )

Check your smtp server error log : you'll probably get more info.
