The Gantt chart shows the project between the Display from and Display to dates.

If the Display from field is left blank, display the project from its own start date.
Similarly, if the Display to field is left blank, display the project till its end.

As of today, current date is taken into account
This could be an option to display from project start date...

Similarly, if the Display to field is left blank, display the project till its end.

This is already default behavior
