The resource assignment view does not project free available hours

The resource assignment view should show the work profile for every resource.
That means

1. how many hours of work the resource has to work each day
2. how many free hours are available in the displayed period

This would allows the project manager to see who is available for new assignment, and for how many hours.
But the current display does not show this.

In the screenshot, the lower panel clearly shows that the resource Sheela BP is assigned at the rate of 20% only.
That means 80% of her time is available for the entire period.
But the top pane fails to show that: It looks as if she is busy for all 8 hours every day [BUG]

Compare that with the work profile shown in the Planning view.

A right-click on the task clearly shows that the resource Sheela BP is assigned at the rate of 20% only.
The same display should be adopted for the Resource Planning view also.
