Info about Ticket #1576 (alerts like emails)

Good morning
I would like to know if the request on ticket #1576 will be taken in consideration in the future. 
I've found this request by searching into your Forum for a way to send alerts based on some events (for example after a certain customer adds a tickets, everytime a change has made and so on). I know we can get the same by emails, however I'd prefer to get real time alerts for certain events instead of get tons of emails.

I'm sure this would be a really important feature. I looked into Indicators but I can only add alerts for expiring and ending dates, not for real time events.
Some interesting events to be covered by the new feature would be: 
- a user has been logged in
- a user has been logged out
- an item has been added
- an item has been modified
...
