is it possible to get Project expense in the project page ?
I explain :
in project page, we find validated, assigned, planned, real and rest cost, but only for ressource (converting work to cost thru cost per day), but we can't find project expense...
in some case, work in not count in project (ie : with a external assist where ressource is not managed by project manager). In these cases, activity is created with start and end date, but only internal ressources are listed. Then, cost will not appear.
In fact, to most important cost part is in the assistance, which is compute thru project expense. It works fine in reports, but cost are wrong in project page...
Is it possible to get a sum of project expense on this page, it will be usefull.
Exemple is attached.
It was very great if it's possible to have sum of cost and expenses in TODAY screen too.
Notice that for expense
- "assigned" has no meaning
- "left" should be sum of planned where real is not set
- "planned" could then be either recalculated from "real" + "left" or sum of "planned"
- validated is a notion that is not managed yet, that should be input on the project
