I would suggest to add links to the project. For example, it will be very useful to link document, decision, meeting, etc. to the project

Pay attention : decisions, meeting and almost al items are already linked to project...

Yes, but it is not visible from the project. So, how it possible to know that there are decisions related to that project?

Select project ,then go to decisions...
and maybe decisions could be included in Today's project summary...

I think it will be much easier if it will be linked so you can see if there any decisions to look at

but this is a very minor upgrade :)
