Name field length

It is possible to make the name field a little bigger for action, ticket, questions...?
reason:
in the synthesis view, the description does not appear. The name field is pretty short (100 char). Often, we don't have enough char to make it clear as a syntheis of the pb, action, issue, and one has to open each item separately. It would be easier to make it a bit larger (200-250 char) + enlarge the input window in the creation /modification screen so that all char entered can be seen in the editing part. Thx a lot!
