We have many ticket types... but no way to handle them differently in MAIL ON EVENT.

If Development is logged, works fine. If a support ticket is logged... do we want the same notification for a new ticket? Probably not, it would stand to reason that if for example support is logged, there may be an account manager that is needed to be contacted.

It is logical to allow further granularity here, allowing the defining of the ticket type and the appropriate actions take in terms of who gets emailed.
