possibility to export general calendar modifications was created by VERGES
when modifications are needed on the general calendar (for example the calendar of the enterprise), we have to click on the button "importer cette année à partir du calendrier" for each calendar of the employees

we can imagine a general export for all calendars

It is because calendars should not be defined for each resource.
You should not think 'like in MS-Project".
ProjeQtOr provides the "Administrative projects" mecanism to record off days for single resource.
