Proposition for projects under construction

Have a different display when a project is under construction.

It is already the case on Planning view :

Often, project manager forgets it.

But if they move project to status "ongoing" it will remove the flag.

Same time, why not differentiate "template project and administrative" from others.

Templates and Administratives are not displayed on planning

Could be included in Today and Project screen, project selector, Gantt, reports.

on most of these screens, no icon is displayed for projects. So displaying a different icon would include to display an icon first...
And if we want to set up this on reports, all reports should be changed almost on same version to keep consistency.
Quite a lot of work...
