Link between calendar and works days

First thanks for the great job you do, I would like to suggest to have a link between Works days (in general configuration) and calendar (standard or personalised), for international reason, like that I create days off and time work related to specific calendar,

Yes you're right once we define week end in general parameters we get it in our calendar, but in my case the week end in my country is Friday and saturday, and we have some project in africa where the week end is not the same (saturday and sunday). in this case I create a new calendar bases on standard one, so I get all week end setup in global parameters (Friday and saturday,) and I have to change sunday to exception day off, if the the project take month, I have to do it for all the month
