We have to give our customers reports about tickets resolution :

we need a report for SLA (service level agreement) according to the tickets emergency
in addition to the columns items available, we need Customer name and organizations
About the time limit, we need the duration of break time, in addition of the current items, to calculate the real duration of resolution and see if we are in time or not.
Is it possible to have a report like that (exemple attached)
