I have executives and non-executives in my team. non-executives work 7.4 hours a day and executives 8h.
The default day of imputations and 7.4 hours. By cons in absences I can not enter in the text field more than 7.4 hours. When I want to point out frame absences, I have to modify each imputation of absence of 7.4 hours in 8h ... pity.

You set capacity of executives to 1.08 ?
If so, you're right, Absence should propose 8h for executives.

Yes I have 1.08 capacity for the executives.
But just 7.4h, 3.7h and 0 on Absence, not 8h...
