Supression of Activity on Timesheet Screen

Hello,

We have been using Projqtor for timesheet input of real work.

Once a resource has already input Real Work on an activity is it possible to block input or to hide the acitivity in Timesheet screen so that the resource inputs no further Real Work on the activity?

In our specific case, the resource's contribution for the activity is concluded and we would not want for the activity to still be displayed on timesheet as this can lead to confusion and accidental inputs.

We have tried removing the Resource allocation from the project but the activity is still shown on Timesheet screen. Removing the resource's assignment to the activity is not possible.

Thank you for your support.

Hi,
Resource can hide "done" activities
If you want to be sure resource won't input work on the activity, you have to "cllose" it.

Thank you for the answer.

Is it possible to set an activity to “done” or “closed” just for a single user?

In our case the activity itself is not fully concluded but the resource’s contribution is.

No.
What you would need is to close the assignment.
As of today, this is not possible.
Improvement recorded as Ticket #4149
