I would like to know if there is an option to set a group email and tickets can be generated if email recieved on that email address.

Hello,

I don't understand your answer.
It's not possible to generated tickets with the reception of an email on a defined address.
if you want to send an email to a group in relation to a ticket it's possible with menu mails on events.
