I downloaded 8.3.1, prepared the MySQL database, uploaded files and carried out the installation. Come up to the configuration tool and then it doesn't go on. When I have made all the settings and press ok, the charging circuitry kurt and nothing happens.

I checked permissions and could not find any errors. Does somebody has any idea?

Oh yes, I don't speak English, google translator is to blame for typing errors. ^^

Hi,

First step if to look for errors in PHP error file.
Possibly you can also check browser console for errors (but I really don't think issues comes from javascript on configuration)

About access rights, be sure to set access as 755 on whole projeqtor folder, and give ownership to php user.
Check projeqtor/files/config : is there a parameters.php file ?
Check projeqtor/tool : is there a parmetersLocation.php file ?
Check projeqtor/files/logs : is there any log file ?

Hello,

I have the same problem
My config :
1 application server : RHEL 7.7 with PHP 5.4.17
1 DB serveur : RHEL 7.7 with PostGreSQL 11

I fill in the configuration form and click OK.
Everything is OK but nothing is happening
When looking at the database server there was no request from the application server.
Thanks for your help

PS: I too am French;) and I use google translate

nothing is happening

Can you explain your "nothing" ?

You come into dakness and see "nothing" ?
You fall into a very deep sleep and feel "nothing" ?
Your brain shuts down ?

Whenever I tried, there whas "something" happening (at least my heart beating)

Check PHP and Apache error log files for any reorted error.
Also check browser console for any error.
