Hi 

​​​​​​Is possible to have a customer to evaluate a ticket?

Once the ticket is done I was thinking of an email where my customer was able to accept or rejectet the outcome...

​​​​Is this possible?

You can send an email when status moves to done.
Then he may reply to the mail, and the answser may be stored as new note.
But new not will not change status to "validated".
You need human interaction.
Either client connects to projeqtor to change status (validate or reject)
or when note is received you send mail to the team so that member can evaluate answer and change ticket status
