For example an activity of management of mails (apart from particular projects let's say that the management of mails is any project combined) I tell myself that management with the "recurring" schedule is good for doing that can you direct me please thank you

j'ai beau lire le manuel je ne sais pas trop comment rentrer ce genre d'activité. 
Par exemple une activité de gestion de mails (en dehors de projet particuliers disons que la gestion de mails est tout projet confondus)

je me dis que la gestion avec le planning "récurrent" est bien pour faire ça

I think I have found to manage my fund tasks I created a large global project in which I put all my other projects in sub-project and including a recurring task for the background task

it has to work well!
