We recently have issues with opening projeqtor in multiple tabs in the browser.
We have the message that it's already open in another tab, but it's not. Even with refreshing the browser, the message doesn't go away. We have to close the browser and open it again to acces projeqtor again.
One of my collegue uses the browser Opera GX and even without opening multiple tabs, she has the message that it's open in another tab. And with opera even with restating the browser (even when closing it with the task manager), the message is still here and she can't access projeqtor at all.
Has anyone encounter the same issue ?
Is there a way to disable the blocking when opening projeqtor in a new tab?
There is no way to "disable" as it is a security trick to avoid dupplicate tabs not correctly openend and unexpected acces (hack attends).
Most often, what you face is a persistent session. This means session cookies are not cleaned on browser close. This is a security leak that could be exploited by a hacker to steal your data. We highly recommend to change your browser parameters to clean cookies on closure.
But if you're sure that is it the only tab openend, you can just double-click on the message that appears : this will clean the session.
