You can find this information in your database manager's documentation.
You need technical skills for databse maintenance if you want to make a database backup..

 It's not a game.
ProjeQtOr is a web application, so to maintain it you need to have minimum technical skills to maintain a web server, including backups.
It is to ease this point that we developed the backup database plugin, to ensure that even not "technical skilled" teams have the opportunity to backup their data.
