How to Configure Document Version Rights

Hello,

We have created a new "Access mode (project dependent)" named "Creator-" which has the right to create only documents on its own projects (picture 1 attached).
With this setting, "creator-" type users have effectively, only the right to create documents. But the problem that they not have the right to add a version of the document.(picture 2 attached)

So can you please tell me, where I can configure Versions of documents rights (to leave for "creator-" type users, in my case for exemple, only the right to add version of a document).Thank you in advance for your help.
  
 

Ok thank you,But is it possible to give users the right to Add a version (giving them the right to update the document), and at the same time, prohibit them from deleting document versions after adding them? Because now, forbidding them to delete the document does not prevent them from deleting the versions of the document.(pictures attached)

Ok but versions of a document are more important to protect than the document itself.
