Left menu and top information

Dear,

On left panel depending i'm using "test" or "production" VM ( same version en system 10.3.0 )
on test version, i'm able to block left panel "ancrage" but not on other VM

On on test version, i've got icon with last log, but not present on production ( emply case on uper right )

I test to click on the AREA and it seems to work ( something like icon not show ? )

i see that in LOG:2023-03-20 10:58:01.841 ***** ERROR ***** [V10.2.3] Cannot create image thumb of size 32 for ../files/attach/attachment_16/image003.png (uploaded file with image extension is not an image, try and delete it)

When i copy new version 10.3.1 it say me on both production and test vm that it is impossible to copy some files in VIEW/CSS/IMAGES ....

it was not the case on previous upgrade in testing environnement.

i force copy in command line sudo cp -r projeqtor \var\www\
and then it work again ... strange !
