Just to be clear, in our case, we updated one instance (Prod, where semicolons was not working for semicolons) in last version but it's still not working.

We also created a new instance (new database and new www directory) but we still have the semicolons problem for export.

Do you have any more suggestions ? We don't know what to do to start on a clean situation.

Can you please send a result file as tempalte ?
(raw export without opening it)

Please find an export in attachments.

I have to open it and rename some key information. I can send you a raw file by email or private message but I didn't find the functionality.

Did you try to replace Separator with comma (,) ?

Yes and it works with comma but it's unusable because I can't just replace comma by semicolon (some data contains comma).
