Hello,

We open our ProjeQtOr instance to our customers users, so they can directly create new tickets rather than sending email or whatever.

I set up notification on events for the tickets, but it looks like there is no notification for "create", only for "update".

I set up a rule for ticket (any project, any type) when it's status becomes "enregistré" :

If I create a ticket, no mail is sent.
If I update the ticket to another status, save, then change again the statut to "Enregistré", then I recieve an email.

How can I make ProjeQtOr to send a notification as soon as the ticket is created?

Strange, your configuration seem correct.
Please, try and set receiver as "Other" and enter a fix email to be sure...
