We want to use Projeqtor for project and ticket management and would like your assistance with a specific configuration issue. We have disabled all modules except ticketing, as we intend to use only the ticketing functionality. Two users were created with the "Project Member" profile. We wish to allow clients to self-create tickets without requiring full project access, but when logging in, the system prompts to select a project.Despite searching through the interface, we are unable to find an option to assign these users to any project. There is no visible field or section under user/resource management or project settings to perform this assignment.
Could you please clarify:
How to properly allocate a resource (user) to a project in Projeqtor?
We would appreciate any documentation or step-by-step guidance to resolve this.
Thank you for your support.
Attached a rtf file for your reference.

I noticed that when the Ticketing module was enabled alone, project allocation to resources wasn't visible under any condition. After activating the Planning module, the allocation functionality became available immediately.
I was curious—does this mean the Planning module must remain enabled for resource allocation to work? If so, would it make sense to prevent disabling it in the module management interface to avoid configuration issues?
Even without Planning module, allocation is always possible through Screen Project and Resource.
Only screen Allocation is hidden. This is a new screen, mostly dedicated to planning purpose, and was designed like assignement, linked to same module.
Hi,Thank you so much for your continued support. it truly means a lot to us.I’ve attached the access rights form(image) for your reference. I noticed that when only the ticketing module is selected, the environmental parameters don’t seem to appear. Would you mind having a quick look with just the ticketing module enabled? I believe that will help illustrate the issue I’m encountering.Appreciate your time and help as always!
