Hi babynus

i try to configure activity with "planning" step, for this purpose i add a new activity type "Planning" for add a new step in workflow before assigned activity.
it's seem working, but i can't configure mail for "status change".

do i add something directly in database ?

Sorry, I am not sure to understand.
You defined a new Activity Type = "Planning". Is that Right ?

You try send mail for "Planning" ?
You cannot use an Activity Type as a mail trigger.
It must be a status.

Coulkd you please explain in detail ?

oups,

i add a new status : "planning".

this new status is avalaible in workflow, then a can modify workflow to chain this step.

now i want to configure "mail on change" on activity/status, but i have only 7 lines for activity then i have 14 status in configuraiton.

You must add a new line in "Mail on status change" screen, for "element updated" = "Activity" and "new status" = "planning"
