When I use tickets for creating tasks, I can't see it in the planning windows.
It's normal?

ops I knew that you would hated me :D

I have read the manual many times really, but I have difficulty to understand all the things. The english is not my native language.

So the activities are the really tasks and the tickets can be use for example for ask a request to a resource, but not for planning the entire workflow.
