external prject manager can see all projects

When the admin creates an external project manager , this project can see all projects,
an external project manager has idProfile =6,

in the file "projeqtor_V2.0.0" we can see
INSERT INTO `${prefix}accessright` (`idProfile`, `idMenu`, `idAccessProfile`) VALUES
(1, 102, ,
(2, 102, 2),
(3, 102, 7),
(4, 102, 7),
(6, 102, 2),
(7, 102, 2),
(5, 102, 9);



the id profile has idaccessProfile =2, ( Read all projects) this is the reason because this external manager can see all project
but if there was an internal project manager (idProfile =3) this manager has iidaccessProfile =7 then he can see only his project

I am confused on How to make, Project Member not to see all Projects when creating tickets.

Can you help on how exactly that works ?

I am referring to List of Projects that is accessible to all Project Members, when they want to create new Ticket

I have the Need to limit this list, on the combo-box projects, when a user is creating a Ticket, to see only the projects he is affected to.

Is that possible ?
