Hello, is it possible get a report for resource function in a project?
I would like get a report for:
  1. time total for project (I believe that planning is best output)
  2. resource type (Developer, Manager, ecc.)
  3. resource total hour planned

Then, if a resource is for example to 10% on a parent task that contains a lot of activities, how can I get total hour planned for that resource?

Thanks, so "Monthly planning resource/project" is ok but I must set for each activity an Assignment resource with a number of day assigned otherwise I don't see planned day. Is it right?
I have created some activities where I set only a validated duration (so Gantt update automatically for each activity change duration) with one or more assignment (with set only rate to 100%).
Point 2 (resource type (Developer, Manager, ecc.)) I mean that I add a "Functions" called "DBA" in "Lists of values". I would like assignment a resource for some activities with this function and I need of a report to estimate how time "DBA" is engaged on my project.
I hope I have been clear.

Yes.
ProjeQtOr is work driven.
You must define work (who works on which activity/task for how many days) to get a planning.

I have created some activities where I set only a validated duration (so Gantt update automatically for each activity change duration) with one or more assignment (with set only rate to 100%).

If you want a fixed duration, you need to set "planning mode" = "fixed duration", otherwise your validated duration is only informative when you set some assignments.

There is no report to get this. You'll have to build your own (or request for a quote if you want to have it built for you)
