OBSERVER

Juste One question, i have a need and i don't known if it's already possible in current Projeqtor version.

The need is to be informed of a modification af an object (actions, tasks, risk, etc..) . I imagine a possibility to add observer (the current user, or any other user (depending of rights) of any abject of Projeqtor. When you are observer, you receive mail/notifications that informed you that the object as changed.

several people could be object observer, and it should be possible to stop this if needed.

You can use functionality "Mail on event".

An email is sent to receivers when items of an element type are changed.
Email sending can be programmed by an element or type of element to specific receivers.

Receivers can be defined in two groups:

Identified to an item:

Requestor: Contact person identified as requestor on an item. (IE.: Ticket)
Issuer: User who created the item.
Responsible: Person identified as responsible of item treatment.
Project manager: The resource identified as the manager on a project.

Project affectation:

Project team : All resources affected to the project.
Project leader: The resource(s) affected to the project with a “Project Leader” profile.
Assigned resource: All resources assigned to project tasks.

Other:

Send an email by email address.

Note:

Even if the receivers list doesn't change according to the selected element.
If you selected a receiver incompatible with selected element.
The receiver will be disable.
