New role and status of ticket

Hey

I did new profile - for people who has to see only tickets and finally change their status to "done". I configured available forms (only tickets checked) chose in profile details "only responsible for" and this user can see its tickets but there is only one status available -> assigned. I cannot change it to any other.

Any ideas how to change it?

You must correctly configure your workflow.
But default, new profiles are not included in workflows, so you have to check it.

On Ticket, check Ticket Type
On Ticket Type, check Workflow
On workflow (menu Controls & Automations >> Workflow) check who can move from 1 status to another. Use [F1] to get help.

That was really helpfull thanks! I didn't see slider in workflow previously :P

I have another question - is it possible to disable changing responsible person in ticket for new profile?

Not directly, not on ticket.
But it's easy to do if you giva access only to Simple Ticket.
