Hi
I have created a meeting record with 2 attendees of the project . One I have changed the status to DONE .. ( it is OK )... the system sent a notification od that meeting to those 2 attendees + other 3 ones ....
Why the notification included those 3 more ? where did it take from ?

Because some emails are sent automatically on status change.
Go and check controls & automations > mails on events.
Email may be sent to hole team.

But this is not the invite email.
FDor this last one, you have to click on corresponding button.
