Hi,

We are working with tickets from long but there are some incident where after one status we are not able to change the responsible even if it's not at a closed status.

And these incidents are occurring now previously it was working fine. For instance any developer has fixed the issue and release the defect to QA. But when we change the responsible to QA (issuer of that ticket), the ticket is not updating. Also, this is happening with only few tickets but not all.
Please let me know how can we resolve this.

Do you have any error logged in projeqtor log file ?

Also check global parameter "ticket responsible from product responsible" (tab Activty).
If it is set to "always", responsible for ticket will always be responsible for product (or component).

Hi,

Cleared the error log file. No such error logged.

Global parameters is set 'always', but when I am trying to change responsible for some users it is not updating and I am not able to change the responsible after particular status. This is only happening for some users. Else is working fine.

Let me know what can be the resolution for this.

Try and change parameter from "always" to "if empty" so that it won't override manual changes
